HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

When you place an order with us we collect certain information which is required to allow us to process your transaction. This includes your personal details, order details and details of your address(es). We will use this information to process your transaction and dispatch your order. By asking to receive this information you consent to receive marketing communications from us using any contact method which you have provided us with, including by post, email and sms.

CARD SECURITY

We do not keep any of your credit card details.All credit card transactions are processed by STRIPE;an innovative secure payment and eCommerce fulfillment processor.STRIPE meets or exceeds the most stringent industry standards for fraud detection and has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor resulting in being certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.

All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines.None of STRIPE'S internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers and STRIPE'S infrastructure for storing, decrypting,and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure and doesn't share any credentials with STRIPE'S primary services (API, website, etc.)

As an additional measure, STRIPE forces HTTPS for all services and regularly audit the details of  implementation and use HSTS to ensure browsers interact with STRIPE only over HTTPS. 

DATA PROTECTION

We agree to at all times comply with the standards, procedures and requirements of data protection laws to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept appropriately secure and processed fairly and lawfully. 

OTHER PEOPLE WHO MIGHT USE YOUR INFORMATION

In order to process your order and deliver your purchases to you we may have to pass your information to some of our service providers. This includes the companies who handle our order dispatch service and our delivery company. Your contact telephone number will be passed on to our courier company who may contact you by phone or text message in order to update you on the delivery date or time of your order.

We will only provide these companies with the information which they need to carry out their jobs. They will only be allowed to use your information in the way in which we tell them, and they will not be entitled to use it in their own right.
